Olivia Reinhardt and Gregg Johnson filed a pre-answer motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s action which sought to challenge and receive money damages stemming from educational decisions rendered by the District while Plaintiff was a student there. Following the filing of the motion to dismiss, Plaintiff requested to amend the complaint, a request that was denied when the District’s motion to dismiss was granted in its entirety.
