Gregg Johnson secured pre-discovery dismissal of multiple federal civil rights land use claims. Shortly after the federal court dismissed all federal claims and remanded Plaintiffs’ state law claims to the state supreme court, all remaining claims were withdrawn prior to trial, motion practice or discovery.
