Complainant submitted a Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“SDHR”), alleging claims of discrimination under both the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), against Complainant’s former employer. Our team submitted a position statement and answer on behalf of FEH BOCES and, upon completion of the DHR’s investigation, the DHR issued a “No Probable Cause” determination and dismissed the Complaint against FEH BOCES.
