Marrazzo v. Adirondack Central School District, et al.

Complainant filed a formal Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“SDHR”) alleging violations of the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”) against the Adirondack Central School District (“District”).  Gregg Johnson successfully defended the District and after investigation, the SDHR issued a “No Probable Cause” determination.
